Meet the Team

The Point2Point Management team has a unique mix of experience that will allow them to meet all of your needs!

Eric Tetzlaf – President

Education: BA, Curry College, Milton, MA – English Major

Experience: Eric entered into the property management field in 2012 at the request of his father, a former area land developer, who asked for assistance with the development of homeowners associations for the newly-built neighborhoods within his land development portfolio. Over the nine years spent as the lead property manager in his father’s property management and residential land development company, Eric acquired a wealth of experience and expertise in the management and operation of single-family home and condominium associations. Following the retirement of his father, Eric founded Point2Point Property Management.

Hobbies: When he’s not busy managing and maintaining his client associations, Eric is an avid Cleveland sports fan who also enjoys training and working with his dogs, maintaining his home garden and landscaping, and coaching youth hockey.

Susan Lowman – Controller

Education: BSBA, Lawrence Tech University, Southfield, MI – Accounting Major

Experience: A long career in Broadcast accounting has prepared me for the challenges of running multiple sets of financials with a high level of accuracy. My skill set will ensure accurate budgets, financials, and bank records while making sure homeowners get the most for the HOA dues paid. Clear communication and working closely with the board will make sure there is the transparency that homeowners want to see.

Hobbies: When not making sure all the points connect financially at P2P, I treasure spending time with family. Grandma is one title I have earned and wear proudly. I enjoy relaxing over a diamond painting, playing with my cats, floating in a pool, and working in my gardens.

Caitlin Fischer – Director of Marketing

Education: BA, Walsh University, North Canton, OH – Communications Major, Marketing Minor; MBA, Walsh University, North Canton, OH – Marketing Focus

Experience: My career started in a support role working in the broadcast and digital space. I worked closely with small businesses to build common sense marketing plans in tandem with broadcast tv schedules. Following my role in marketing/sales, I worked on the creative design side. I worked with the small business advertisers in a different way, coming up with various creatives including web ads, email blast graphics, and different print elements. I have experience with small business marketing, social media, and website development and maintenance. I am here to help your HOA make a footprint in the digital space and keep your residents in the loop.

Hobbies: I am a new mom to a precious little girl, Eliza. When I’m not hanging out with her, you can find me in the gym slamming barbells. I am a national-level USA Weightlifter and travel to different weightlifting meets across the country. I have also been playing volleyball since the age of 14. I coach both volleyball and weightlifting and I love it.
